You already know that feedback is one of the best resources you can use when fine-tuning your business and that connecting with real customers can help your business grow. Well, the Google My Business Dashboard connects everything in one place so that you can connect with people by responding to reviews or interacting via Google+. Google will also give you feedback based on your website users and how people utilize your Google+ page, with a feature called “Google Insights.” It can show you how people are interacting with your business and what action they are trying to accomplish.

As I said above, Google will reward your business for correct and uniform information; it does this by giving your business a score. Your Consistency Score is the metric that Google ranks your business on when taking your information into consideration.
